I’m doing my first sprint triathlon at Quassy on July 6 and haven’t been in open water yet. I would love to come to one (or more!) of your workshops. I haven’t gotten a wetsuit yet but hoping to get one in the next few days. Do we need to talk ahead of time or should I just show up? Thank you!

      Hello Susan,
It would not hurt to give Jeff a call prior.. you can reach him at (860) 416-0638. If you cannot get a hold of him, you are still welcome to head down to the clinic. I am sure he would love to see you.

      Best,
      -Dennis
